With him starting VIBE he probably is gone when the time is right. IMO except for his contributions to Treaty at this time he is an liability and an attention getter, but in a negative way.
I saw an article about FINRA and their procedures. On a normal basis it takes about 30 days """ minimum """ to approve the changes. And the circumstances we face are anything but normal.
We must remember that Treaty has a legal team representing them in the SEC case and most likely walking them through the process of getting back on the OTC. If there was no chance IMO they hopefully would not have wasted their, our and FINRA's time and our money. But again, who knows
