It appears something has happened we do not yet know about. For Andrew Smith and Winston, Strawn Law Firm to withdraw is highly unusual. Andrew Smith just filed "Motion to Appoint Receiver" on October 6th. For Mr. Smith and his firm to withdraw from the case makes one think the motion for receiver was denied. IMO this does not bode well for COR but it is pure speculation at this point. We will find out the facts soon enough.
