I can't of course speak for the Judge of but I don't see the judge liking COR's whole demeanor quite frankly. They're suing a company that did not remove the monies from their accounts, the DTCC did that, (the largest securities settlement company in the United States and possibly the world) and COR is instructing the Judge and Court who THEY want named as receiver with a broad range of defendants to go after. 50 are Does who don't even have names. (Might be some of us for ex divy-Etrade) This may possibly get thrown out due to lack of evidence of wrong doing. Does CRGP even have a contract with COR? Supposedly this is a contract dispute of some sort.......

I think COR shot first and is now trying to aim.
