I believe you are correct that the transaction will take place soon. Gerald did not sound excited talking about the Dx and probably spend less than 2 min on it. This is twice in a week he mentioned about transaction for this Qtr.

I think they will unload it for a lot less than anticipated to get out of this self inflicted current situation.
