Everyone keeps thinking a receiver will have the power to initiate a "claw back" but even if a receiver is approved by the court he would be given power to go after the assets of the defendants to satisfy the judgement. Individual shareholders are not a party to this lawsuit and therefore the receiver would have zero power to attack our resources. That's my take on it. I'm just waiting on this thing to play out and would like to get some form of communication from Milagros/Luis.
