Right now everyone should be more concerned about doing everything possible to prevent a clawback. That includes people filing motions which energy wav has agreed to draft up for people to send in. Shares are not in my name or I would do it. My wife doesn't understand the stock market or legal system to do so and I can't force her but everyone else should be doing this ASAP, imo. Don't be lackadaisical about this.
