Nothing has changed here other than itraq temporarily manufacturing their own cell-id module. Keep this in mind, Roman and Itraq know and realize their modules would infringe on Geotraqs patent and will be giving geotraq a royalty in every module sold.
Once geotraqs module passes certification, which the delay was not greggs fault it was the company he chose to do it which ok, may have been "a little too frugal." But that being said, Gregg is still awaiting certification from a new company and once thats completed itraq will switch. Also, Gregg is still in talks with OnAsset and other fortune 500 companies to bet test hos module...
