ModifIEd75...I do believe there is a reason you are seeing a sideways fluctuation in the PPS.
The shorts are scared that they will be caught in the uplisting ramp, so they are naked wading the opening every day hoping they don't have to cover while borrowing more to cover...Make sense ?
