I don't blame them for deleting insulting comments off their Facebook. I have a separate business Facebook account as well...I wouldn't leave something on there spreading negativity. I would ask who ever it was to contact me directly with the intention of rectifying whatever the issue was but a business webpage or Facebook page is designed for positive publicity and isn't the place for criticism. Perhaps you should call them and talk to them directly and see what type of answers you can get
