First the company tells us that we're going to be receiving the PVEC certificates, than they make a big deal out of telling us that they're going to be reporting earnings on time, by 9/30/2015.
I don't care about either of the above, but it's ludicrous for management to make forward looking statements like this without following through on them. Considering the fact that the DSUS team consists of so many members of the military, makes it even more disconcerting. Military people know how to get things done, and how to get them done on time.
It's better to say nothing than to have it come down to this. And yes, I'm a long, not a basher.
