I agree, I believe they have something substantial because of those meetings abut ESS. It could be the reason we are waiting to hear about the uplist. If they announce a big government grant or voucher deal it would stabilize the pps and give us a real chance for Nasdaq.

I know it's a Longshot with our track record and constantly playing kick the can but this seems very feasible.
