Not sure if your question means "What do they do?" or "How does this pertain to us?" so I will answer both.
What they do is provide a means of producing agricultural pharmaceuticals in the most efficient, environmentally friendly process possible, all the way from cultivation to production. They offer consultation, supplies, etc. Too much to explain in a post. Go check out the website.
What does this have to do with us? They are one of the companies under the RXNB umbrella, which is part of the expected merger.
