Jerry stated at shareholders meeting that the name of "Totally Hemp Crazy" is dead and the new name of "Rocky Mountain High Brands" is already listed and on record for the company in their legal paperwork in the State of Nevada.
He then said they would not make it official until the name change also got changed with the SEC,
Then it becomes official!
