If fact, for Parkinson's he was really clear of the steps which they've recently achieved. Note, he didn't say it was guaranteed to be successful, but if it was, they could move forward. That's the whole idea of R&D. If it was a sure bet, they wouldn't need it. Good news ,and who doesn't like good news, is it was successful.
