If you send the letter only to the judge, it might be considered exparte communication and the judge may not read it. Even though you are not a party to the case, you are related to CRGP by being a shareholder. Now, I recommend you send a copy of the letter to all attorneys on record and to the judge and at the bottom of your letter write a certificate of service statement certifying that you mailed a copy to all parties of record.
