Essentially, Carlos Salas is basically reiterating that COR believes the dividends on shares purchased after June 30th was not subject to dividends as per the FINRA special dividend, CRGP knew that the DTCC was going to debit COR for 3 million dollars, and skipped town after COR decided to sue.
COR fucked up. CRGP decided to skip town after COR got impatient concerning the 3 million dollar wire for Nobilis not happening fast enough (takes on average 5-7 days after initiation). CRGP shareholders got screwed and COR is trying to screw them further because they fucked up.
Nothing new here except more support that COR acted impatiently after being caught off-guard.
