Yeah, it's still most likely small private purchasing, and even so if it were me and I knew what was coming and had another 50k to 100k I wanted to wager, I would definitely try to make the buys slow and steady to avoid pushing the price up and having to wait for it to come back down again. Especially when you know you don't have much time left to accumulate before a big pop happens. Depending on the news we see for the remainder of the year, the price may never return to these levels again, so these prices would then literally be a once in a lifetime buying opportunity. I believe that's what were seeing.
