Any theories? I don't like what I see because it looks dishonest as hell, but I don't have the experience that some of you do with investing, so maybe I'm wrong. But quacking birds that waddle and look like ducks...usually are ducks.

Even if it's not something they shouldn't be doing, it sure looks like something that isn't above-board.
