I know for the past weeks we have all been going back and forth about what we feel i going on, however we may not know the whole story. Reading on chat boards and Twitter is not considered notified of the legal proceedings. So, until or unless we get something from our brokers stating we are the "affected partied" I wouldn't quite panic yet.
