I hear you and don't think it is a bad idea, not sure how to proceed but would also like to see the spirit of something like the below:
CRGP is still trading and to "undo" an action in the past and think that the effect of it didn't impact further trading to innocent shareholders is also unjust. If agencies are to be involved in this "action", the time and sales should be unwound till the point the dividend was issued as well if the goal of the plaintiff's action and court decisions are based on "fairness" and equality.
Maybe the above isn't appropriate for what you are saying/thinking but speaks the language in COR's original complaint (aka. duping shareholders) and also the complexity that should be considered from a standpoint of fairness if agencies somehow were to get involved.
Tough catching up with all the posts with the post of the last week, could be missing developments that took place
