would agree, this is very hard to understand as well. Seems like 2 different swimming lanes and the outcome of a private court case can't jump lanes into a DTCC "mandate" of sort. This is all either very concerning if possible, complete BS move by COR, or a step that COR needs to do knowing they can't win to prove they they can't get monies from anyone for insurance or other sakes.
