Exactly, it would seem to me that they would have to sue DTCC as well . ..... I have a hard time believing the judge isn't going to look at the suit and the way it was filed and go "what is this?" And I may be wrong but with the way the lawsuit is laid out, I just don't see the court making a snap judgement in COR's favor given the other parties and their participation, and all the other laws in play.
