I bought in to AVXL originally from much higher -- 3's -- several years ago, the last time it looked promising. Then the misdeeds of the management were revealed, stock fell off the cliff, wasn't worth selling it (I was out of town when it tanked and didn't know till I got back). When it started showing signs of life, in the .30's, I bought 20 times my original positions.

So, I'm now still in the green very nicely, though not as nicely as I was 40 cents higher.

What made me cautious on it was when some of our beloved CTIX'ers showed up on their board, pumping it madly. There were already 2 pump/dump gangs that had round-tripped it a couple of times -- etradeedge was there talking about how he had tons of it, it's the one stock you need, blah blah blah -- and then disappeared when it tanked after the run-up. But some of the others who were pumping are those who many think (wrongly) are CTIX bulls. Guess again.
