Did sold my $SD for a loss last week at $0.25 bought at $0.46 upon reading from SD website that it is planning to do reverse split at 1 for 10 to 1 for 25. Now I don't see those statements from the website since SD were warned about the PPS under a dollar given 60 days to do something. Now the PPS is moving up to 0.53 and counting. Are they scaring people to sell so they can scoop up at a low price? I hate it.
