Aye, here's something that was running through my mind last night. Granted, this would probably be over-conservative but I couldn't blame them for being paranoid.

IF they have some huge piece of news to drop on us, the stock value may take off like a rocket. But this happened once before, and all it took was a pack of lying hyenas to send OTC into panic mode and the stock tanked. With the uplisting, that won't be a risk, but right now, it possibly still is. From that perspective, audited financials must be announced before they dare post anything else.
