Here is the thing. I think there is some mix ups and confusions between Amazon and HPB regarding shipping and tracking information. I bet they're trying to sort that and unfortunately, Amazon requires verification of items being sent that were sold.

My second order still hasn't arrived, but I was told by HpB that it HAS shipped and there is no tracking information on it. They didn't tell me why, but they said almost 20 orders had a mix up with no tracking information.
