I think you are over-thinking this as it relates to a pink-sheet sub-penny stock.
On its face, NTEK made 1.9 million dollars on operations and the earnings trajectory is greatly positive. The same note, as i highlighted, says that NTEK can survive without being forced to raise money from any direction. Most companies in this profit/financial situation would not need a Going Concern comment.
The reality is pinky, penny land. Accountants don't want to be sued, and in this case, neither does Management, in case something goes south fast.
The Preparers are telling you in no uncertain terms that you investors are on your own for DD.
