that's EXACTLY how i felt from the tone!!! they are very offensive and defensive of Etrade- to rhe point that the outcome is waiting for a make it or break it for etrade from this little "dead" stock...Yet still ALIVE!

Looks like they are at FAULT or ILLEGAL of something- their minions are going hard!!!

my guess/opinion is they might pulled a COR minus lawsuit (NO merrit btw) cuz they are subject to illegal activities and HUGE fines ... NOT inclusing damaging reputations...
