It should be clear to all by now that this company is grossly undervalued, and that a cabal of short-sellers used the literally libelous Seeking Alpha article to first scare out the weak hands who did not know what the value of the company was, and then to continue with short selling (some of which very well may have been naked shorting).

Anyone who thinks that John Ashcroft's law firm would have taken a case like this if they didn't believe that they could prevail, is crazy. This easily could become a very high-profile case with implications for many other companies which have been targeted by criminals.

If the efficient market theory were correct, this stock would never have gotten below the mid-3's at worst, with its 3 drugs in clinical trials for 4 applications, any one of which if (when) successful would result in a huge value for this company.

Anyone who thinks that the price action on this stock reflects anything other than market manipulation is dead wrong.

So, I completely disagree with those gloating over the illegal actions of people who manipulated this stock down for their nefarious purposes. I am hopeful that hiring the Ashcroft firm will result in some of those people being punished, publicity for this company, and a return to a fair valuation, which in my opinion is a bare minimum of 4.
