My understanding is, we go from 2,250,000,000 to 176,000,000 A/S...
And the additional 474,000,000 is untouchable, and is to be used for acquisition of producing oil-gas-water projects only...
This is a good plan, this will make private companies WANT to merge with us so they can get a chunk of stock and be public...
The new production and cash flow will surely make the PPS rise, and don't we all love that
I like this plan and trust our BOD and officers
