We don't disagree on shorting. I have no problems with legal shorting, in fact it is healthy for our markets. I have a problem with abusive naked shorting, that is criminal and has driven many companies under.
Are you aware that United States Treasury bills were naked shorted? This criminal behavior needs to end now! Here's a good read for the weekend:
