lmao, well now it has gone from they don't have any water and they can't get building permit and there is a hemp farm next door

the SSWSP gives them 1 acre ft for 2015 and I would assume the 2016 will give the same unless they requested more. 1 acre ft is 325,000 gallons and that is plenty of water for the Phase I & II of the plan
now, what is it that will prevent them from succeeding? Maybe now you can go back to talking about the imaginary hemp farm next door that doesn't have a well or a CUP and is not a participant in the SSWSP and can't opperate a commercial grow without being a participant.
Then there is always that little nagging detail about the cease and desist already issued by Huerfano County to the "hemp farm" for the illegal unlicensed grow.
