I totally agree. Investing in Pinkville is much riskier then big board, however, Kenneth Lay taught us that even Big Board companies can be fraudulent. I am a strong supporter of closing as many loopholes as possible for crooks to steal money from investors and if it is legal for them to transfer assets from a publicly traded company to a foreign private company then that loophole needs to be closed and I plan on contacting my lawmakers when this is all said and done and voice my concern.
In the meantime I am going back into hibernation. I shared my thoughts here and I understand that some don't agree with them and believe we should be quiet and let things unfold as they will. I wanted to share FINRA's phone number for those who shared my views and wished to contact them. GLTA
