what about this theory....what if milagros is going to go through finra the right way......casey stated finra had news....and i have no reason not to believe him....if milagros did do this the right way then there could be a buyout for us...maybe (milagros or crgp) is stalling in order to buy back as many shares cheap before the (official) shareholder buyout.....thoughts?....it may explain why the ticker is still up as welll.......because the merger isnt 100% complete?
