PP is not for everyone, which is why the SEC requires you to be an accredited investor to purchase in that manner. People should be very cautious in purchasing PP - ensuring that you know exactly what you're getting and how to redeem it (there are only a handful of places that will accept the certificates). I understand that you're basically telling everyone to put their money where their mouths are, but don't understate the importance of the open market. Without open market buyers this price tanks. And when it runs, it is the open market that make those PP holders happy.
