LymPro's failure? That is got deprioritized so the could bring in MSPrecise and ESS? Two product that could be 10 times more value in the short-term, That the measurement goal post have moved?
Failure to me is you lost. The company is still in the lympro game and there was mention of an immediate transaction on the presentation.
You'd have a good argument if they were saying they were going to build a house. Plenty of people do it. The know how is there. If they don't build the house they clearly failed.
But they are bring a Dx product to market that no other exists. There is no playbook. You have to learn at you go. That's why there is Risk. If you can pause and even add in CTE, wow! I'll take the slow and steady approach.
