If what JJ said is true, we probably won't hear anything until February. If they have the nobo list and they are true to us shareholders, they send us certs for the new company. By February though, they might have found a fully reporting shell to slip into, then we start all over again unless they really intend to stay private. Might be no need for stock if they have strong partners with money.

I still feel CRGP was supposed to move up in price to increase the companies value more or less equal to Milagros so they could merge and take Milagros public.
