I have seen both of them bashing before and I am thinking it is one of there numbers where they will impersonate IR. I can't post on I hub but if someone can confirm it is a hoax in process please post that it is false information on ihub I can't imagine the damage the could be done if people talking to a fake IR start posting things on ihub like "talked to IR and they said _____<--- insert negative lie.
