The one at .0005 was a buy and imo it was put in by someone to see if they could actually buy the shares and what they would pay for them. The same may be true on the sale at .0003. Someone may be testing the market to see what they could get for a larger order, imo. They may have put a buy order in at .0014 for 100 shares and gotten filled at .0005 and put a sell order in at .0001 to see what they would get filled for 100 shares and got filled at .0003
