I think you are missing my point. People have accused the company of diluting (i.e., issuing more shares) and causing the decline in share price. They haven't.
The company filed their 10Q that said:
Today, they said there were 7.9 million shares outstanding as of September 29.
They haven't been diluting over the last two months. They have hardly issued a share.

well to be fair the level of dilution between series G conversion and the company diluting has been significant enough compared to low demand without updates to push it that low. if we remove the downward pressure, have more interest, we should rise just as rapidly as we fell. of course traders will always take gains
