So, I do believe this is officially a total train wreck now.
Sure the divvy was nice. But, so far we've got multiple broken promises.
1. Company buyback - Saying they were buying back when the AS was raised over 3 billion. Current OS sitting at 900 million.
2. New website would be up today 10/01/2015 along with details on stock conversion.
3. "Investors package will be sent out."
4. No response once so ever from "LUIS."
5. No merger details.
6. No response from the company.
What a total waste of time and energy.
