We are not considered shareholders on the books. Our broker is considered the shareholder and our shares are in street name. The TA does not have my name and address, only my broker (TDA)'s information. TDA holds several million shares for us. Only those people who have a certificate will be listed as shareholder the rest of us will simply have street name stock while our broker is listed as stockholder with the TA.
