yup, was in a biotech in 2012...they did the takedown on the sp bashed and bashed and accumulated..then without even notice...it went from .0026 to .0175..in a few weeks...caught people off guard. similar type thing happened on a smaller scale w a couple other stocks..same accumulation lulling people to sleep..then bam..they decide to let it go. it's over..the thing just takes off...I think they like to let it go when people least expect it. part of there mm games.
