GC tweeted the following in late July:
It generally takes 4-6 weeks to process a NASDAQ listing application. Tomorrow will be the 4 week mark from a yes vote from shareholders.
Maybe we expected a decision too soon. It remains to be seen how NASDAQ will factor in our share decline in the meantime. But assuming they forgive us, we could see a decision in the next two weeks.
Hopefully GC clarifies things tomorrow.
