The company announced its intentions to pay off those convertibles ASAP. Audited financials (up to QB standards) and paid off convertibles will send us soaring. It's just a matter of time (and not much of it, IMO) before we see some serious progress in clearing up the capital structure here and de-leveraging.

$THCZ has had trouble in the past, but management is being transparent about it and is working to clear things up so the company can move forward and grow unhindered. This is a very strategic move.
