This comes from a colleague of mine in the air cargo business who has spoken to those "in the know":
The FAA will conduct a "mini-mini" (internally they're calling it "7B"
which will cover everyone's ass. As long as the slide deploys mini 7 will be a pass. We expect this exercise to be completed within the next 2 weeks and proving flights completed shortly thereafter. We will sign a cargo contract right after the mini pass is issued.
