Reason we have not heard anything is because IMHO nothing has been done. 10K was to be completed in mid Sept I was told but then they did not specify the year. Truth is the company is being run by a few large shareholders who have never ran a public company, The new CEO I think is the same though he is supposed to be good at raising capital. So will they again begin selling shares at ..0015 cents? Losing patience am I, you bet but it is falling on deaf ears. I am not sure but is it possible they can not say anything while we are waiting for the R/S and new name takes place. Is so then an apology will be made.
