Lets say that sometime early next year NTEK can substantiate $70M revenue (as reported by NTEK) and an excellent earnings of 10% = $7M. Divide that by 1.37B shares = $.0051 earnings per share times a p/e of say 12 = $0.0613 PS. Sounds reasonable to me.
