JJ - your posts are always interesting but 3 issues make me question the foundation of what you are saying.
1) DTCC and FINRA didn't make a mistake. The 25% rule is what it is and hard to argue otherwise
2) You have been suggesting that the OS is 3B+, turns out mush less
3) You say buying shares now won't count but that is just not possible unless the company has gone completely rouge in which case and and all shareholders are screwed. Which dovetails into you investing 100k after merge is done is illogical imo
