I'm just wondering who is selling at 3 and 2 and why. I mean if someone owned tens of millions of shares that they got at 1 and thought this was BS I can see them dumping them. Which seems to me to be happening.

Bill said néw business direction news and new ticker symbol "soon" going on 10 months ago. Hasn't happened yet. 10 months? More than enough time for "restricted shares" to become unrestricted and dumped. well, right or wrong?
